Which A1 Beginner Level Group Is Right for You? 🔹 A1.0 Beginners Foundation level groups get you speaking Spanish from week 1 and cover pronunciation, numbers, gender in the language and basic principles of grammar. Great if you have no prior experience or a returning to learning and wish to firm up your foundations. 🔹 A1.1 Continuing Beginner – Ideal if you've been learning with Duolingo, self-study, or casual exposure to Spanish and want to firm up your foundations and build confidence with your speaking and listening skills. Ideally you will have an understanding of the A1.0 foundation elements listed above. 🔹 A1.2 Upper Beginner – Perfect if you have a 'rusty' GCSE, have completed a beginner course, or have previous experience but need practice to refresh and improve fluency, at this level classes start to be become much more conversational. You should be starting to be able to interact in a simple way provided the other person talks slowly and clearly.
